Buildrite Construction Chemicals and Sinclair The New Generation Paint proudly participated in the 31st CEBUCON BUILD EXPO 2026, held on June 4-7, 2026 in Cebu City. Recognized as one of the country's premier construction and building industry gatherings, the expo brought together architects, engineers, developers, contractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders in the built environment. The event was graced by Cebu City Mayor Engr. Nestor D. Archival Sr., who served as the keynote speaker and also visited the Buildrite and Sinclair booth during the exhibition.

Led by Mr. Derrick A. Tan, President & CEO, the initiative aims to evaluate existing Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) processes, identify non-value-added activities, analyze root causes of quality issues, and develop more efficient systems that will strengthen quality performance while optimizing operational resources.

Magna Prime Chemical Technologies, Inc. provided Sinclair The New Generation Paint’s Dr. Paint to 44 public schools in Santa Maria, Bulacan, as part of Brigada Eskwela 2026. This partnership, in coordination with the Local School Board and in accordance with Department of Education guidelines, aims to create safer, more conducive learning environments for SY 2026–2027.
