FLOORTEK TARC (4L)
THERMOPLASTIC ACRYLIC REFLECTORIZED COATING
DESCRIPTION
FLOORTEK TARC is an acrylic, solvent-based paint used to mark roads. It is fast-drying and durable; it can withstand the wear-and-tear on roads or floors with heavy traffic. It contains reflectorized glass beads that are premixed on paint for better visibility on the road. It is relatively easier to apply compared to Hot-Applied Thermoplastic Reflectorized Coatings. FLOORTEK TARC is a Cold-Applied Thermoplastic Reflectorized Coating that does not require machines to apply the glass beads.

FLOORTEK S (3.8kg)
Resin-Based Penetrating Sealer
DESCRIPTION
FLOORTEK S is a clear, single-pack, ready-to-use, low-viscosity penetrating sealer that can be directly applied to concrete surfaces straight from the container. It is a blend of special resins in aromatic solvents specially formulated for indoor and outdoor concrete, masonry, brickwork, renders, and screed surfaces. It is also an excellent sealer for exposed aggregate finishes and porous toppings.
When applied, it reacts chemically to produce a hard, dust-proof, dense, glossy finish. It also improves the substrate’s external weathering resistance, abrasion resistance, and reduces its permeability to water and salt solutions.

FLOORTEK S typically covers 5 – 7 m2/liter/coat
For application to all surfaces, FLOORTEK S can be applied using a brush or roller. 2 coats are recommended.
Note: Ensure that the substrate is dry before application.

FLOORTEK PF (Gallon)
Permeable Floor Binder
DESCRIPTION
FLOORTEK PF is a clear/colorless, ready-to-use, liquid binder used to compact clean, dry pebbles to create permeable pavements, walkways, patios, landscapes, trails, etc. It provides a strong cross-linking bond between pebbles while still allowing water to drain into the ground.
Once the binder is mixed evenly with pebbles, the blended material can be troweled and tamped into place to form a smooth, beautiful surface.
The use of FLOORTEK PF to create permeable floors can be applied to residential and commercial areas that are prone to water accumulation.

BUILDRITE FLOORTEK PROTEK
DESCRIPTION
FLOORTEK PROTEK is a silane-terminated binder based on α-silane technology for the impregnation of mineral substrates or as a thin layer coating for mineral substrates or wood.

Should be applied in two coats at the rate of 0.2 liters/m2 per coat
FLOORTEK PROTEK is applied for stain-resistant impregnation and coating mineral substrates, e.g., polished or non-polished concrete floors, paving stones, clinker, bricks, and natural stone.
Additionally, FLOORTEK PROTEK can be used as a wood coating binder for interior use, e.g., parquet flooring, and furniture.

BUILDRITE FLOORTEK SD
DESCRIPTION
FLOORTEK SD is a silicone modified polymer-based surface treatment sealer for mineral surfaces, such as self-leveling flooring compounds, and concrete floors.
FLOORTEK SD has an excellent particle size, which allows it to penetrate easily into porous surfaces, reinforcing the substrate without changing its appearance. As a result, it improves tensile adhesion strength and scrubs abrasion resistance. In addition, it provides films that are resistant against aqueous and oil-based stains, which makes the surface easier to clean and improve their mechanical properties.

DESCRIPTION
EPOCOAT MB is a two-component, 100% solid epoxy specially formulated as a high-strength binder for light to heavy-duty seamless floor overlay and topping systems. It has low viscosity for good penetration into concrete and uniform wetting of filler aggregates.
