The 2026 Sinclair National Art Competition was officially launched today at the Sinclair Pro Store in Del Monte, Quezon City, bringing together members of the media, artists, gallery professionals, and industry leaders for the unveiling of Sinclair's nationwide platform for decorative art innovation. Leading the launch were Inv. Derrick A. Tan, President & CEO of Magna Prime Chemical Technologies, Inc., together with the competition's distinguished Board of Judges: Mr. Francisco A. Valdecantos, Ms. Arleen Lipana, Mr. Romeo E. Gutierrez, and Mr. Eleazar Abraham "Abe" L. Orobia.
The competition officially opened for entries from August 1 to December 31, 2026, inviting Filipino artists to create original works using Sinclair Makaw Microcement Lime Plaster & Effect Paints and Obra Viva as their artistic media. Through the Representational Obra and Wall Obra categories, Sinclair continues to champion Filipino creativity while showcasing the limitless artistic possibilities of decorative finishes. Winners will be announced during National Arts Month in February 2027.
