
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Specialty Construction, Specialty Equipment, Buildrite Academy, and Technical Application departments.
- Develop and implement divisional objectives, KPIs, and performance standards aligned with corporate growth targets.
- Supervise department heads and ensure the timely execution of projects, programs, and support services across the division.
- Foster interdepartmental collaboration to ensure efficient resource sharing and unified technical execution across product applications and services.
- Evaluate and approve high-level technical programs, training content, product testing protocols, and equipment acquisition strategies.
- Support the Sales and Technical Marketing teams with data-driven insights, technical expertise, and specialized field support solutions.
- Review client feedback, trial mix results, training performance, and application issues to drive continuous service improvement.
- Oversee the division’s annual budgeting, manpower planning, procurement forecasts, and operational expense monitoring.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, safety, and ISO standards across all departments under the division.
- Represent the division in executive meetings, strategic planning sessions, and client engagements as needed.
- Drive the development and retention of high-performing technical teams through coaching, mentoring, and professional development planning.
- Identify innovation opportunities in construction technology, training delivery, field operations, and specialty equipment.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reports to executive management, including accomplishments, gaps, and recommendations.
- Lead initiatives that enhance the company’s reputation as a technically competent and service-oriented construction solutions provider.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Management, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction materials, specialty construction, engineering services, or technical sales support.
- At least 5 years in a senior management or division head role, leading multiple departments or business units.
