
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the depot.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure availability and prevent overstock.
- Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with Sales Coordinator.
- Train, motivate, and guide the Sales Coordinator and Merchandiser.
- Allocate tasks to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Monitor and improve customer service quality.
- Develop procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety and organizational standards.
- Monitor sales performance and operational costs.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in depot operations, warehouse management, retail operations, distribution, logistics, or sales operations.
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience managing warehouse, inventory, or sales support personnel.
