Technical Sales Supervisor


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assigning territories and quotas to company sales staff nationwide for general trading.
  • Coordinating training and scheduling for sales staff.
  • Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including marketing materials.
  • Tracking the quotas and goals of each sales team.
  • Answering client questions regarding their account of sales products.
  • Working with staff members from other departments such as Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Invoicing, and financing to optimize sales target, incentive, rebates, etc.

Competence Requirements (With Background in Construction Industry and Administration Management)

  • Advanced sales and customers service skills.
  • Ability to analyze consumer data to optimize sales effort.
  • Knowledgeable of trends and regulations in their specific industry.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff members.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Able to work with other department heads to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in staff optimization and team development.
  • Process sales allowance every week.
  • Process daily time records for salary purposes.
  • Collate reports from sales team.
  • Filing all paper work or reports from sales.
  • Assist all need of our sales team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
  • Experience in the Construction Industry, building materials, hardware, or related sectors is highly preferred.
