- Provide expert technical advice and customized solutions to clients.

- Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
3. Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company targets.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in technical sales, solutions consulting, business development, or a related customer-facing role.
- At least 2–3 years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing a sales or technical sales team.
