Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and coach the technical sales team to achieve performance targets.
  • Organize regular training sessions to strengthen technical and product knowledge.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

2. Technical Advisory & Client Engagement

  • Provide expert technical advice and customized solutions to clients.
  • Conduct client site visits to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Deliver impactful product presentations and live demonstrations to stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.

3. Sales Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion initiatives.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to enhance retention and repeat business.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Analyze data to optimize sales strategies and improve results.
  • Ensure alignment between sales objectives and overall business goals.

5. Market & Industry Awareness

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological innovations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in technical sales, solutions consulting, business development, or a related customer-facing role.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing a sales or technical sales team.
