
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Receiving and Stock Handling
- Receive incoming stocks and verify quantities and condition against delivery receipts and purchase orders
- Assist in unloading, sorting, labeling, and proper storage of materials
- Ensure stocks are stored according to product type, safety standards, and warehouse layout
- Report damaged, missing, or excess items immediately to the Warehouse Supervisor
2. Inventory Management and Control
- Conduct daily stock checking and update inventory records accordingly
- Perform weekly cycle counts to monitor stock accuracy and movement
- Participate in monthly physical inventory and reconciliation of variances
- Maintain updated stock cards, bin cards, or system records
- Assist in investigating inventory discrepancies and losses
3. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain complete and organized records of receiving, issuance, transfers, and returns
- Submit daily stock movement and dispatch reports to the Warehouse Supervisor
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly inventory and dispatch reports
- Ensure proper filing of inventory-related documents for audit purposes
4. Housekeeping, Safety, and Compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of stock areas following SS standards
- Follow safety rules and proper handling procedures for materials and equipment
- Use required PPE during warehouse and dispatch activities
- Report safety hazards, incidents, or near misses immediately
5. Coordination and Support
- Coordinate with Sales, Invoicing, and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely stock issuance
- Assist in stock transfers, store openings, or special inventory activities as required
- Perform other warehouse-related tasks assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor
Qualifications
- At least a College Level, Vocational Course Graduate, or Associate Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- With at least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, stock handling, dispatching, or logistics.
- Experience in receiving, storing, issuing, and monitoring inventory in a warehouse environment.
