A Marketing Manager in Magna Prime is responsible for developing marketing strategies, plans, and programs that will build and strengthen the brand image of products and services through the use of media, merchandising advertising, and trade promotional programs. He/she must be able to do a market analysis on customer needs, brand equity, and the latest trends in the industry of construction, hardware, projects, and distributorship.
Requirement and Qualification:
● A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant courses
● At least 5 years of relevant work experience (Preferably from a manufacturing industry)
● Highly analytical, strong creativity, ability to work under pressure, and strong execution
● Possess strong presentation, project management, and leadership skills
