Logistic Document Controller


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitors received Sales Invoice and Delivery Receipt.
  • Updates and input date of dispatch and date of delivery to ERP System.
  • Prepares Receiving Report for approval of his/her immediate superior. (DRS/Inventory Adjustments/TPL Billing)
  • Creates standard requests for petty cash funds advances, operational utilization, purchase request in ERP - Acumatica.
  • Creates and monitors the notice of claims to be cascaded to every TPL.
  • Monitors, encodes and creates receiving reports of all TPL billings to be forwarded to Accounts Payable Department.
  • Monitors and records logistics expense.
  • Monitors, encodes and transmits the Drivers and Helpers Overtime.
  • Prepares and processes monthly easy trip utilization and for replenishment.
  • Performs monthly reconciliation of received sales invoice and delivery receipts.
  • Prepares and monitors Diesel Consumptions of all in house delivery vechicles.
  • Ensures that all documents are well-documented and properly filed.
  • Monitors and updates TPL Service Agreement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in Logistics Administration, Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, or Administrative Support.
  • Experience in handling Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts, Receiving Reports, and other logistics-related documents.
