
Duties and Responsibilities
- Asset Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the day-to-day operations, deployment, and long-term lifecycle strategy of our 80+ corporate vehicles.
- Dealer-Level Maintenance: Establish a bulletproof Preventive Maintenance (PM) program with authorized dealerships and service centers to guarantee maximum vehicle uptime, reliability, and pristine condition for our sales engineers and executives.
- Smart Fleet Allocation: Streamline vehicle dispatching, scheduling, and booking requests—ensuring optimal vehicle assignment for site visits, corporate events, and regional plant travel.
- Driver Leadership & Magna Prime Values: Supervise, schedule, and mentor our team of dedicated corporate drivers. Instill Magna Prime’s values of safety, courtesy, punctuality, and defensive driving.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Keep the fleet 100% road-legal by managing timely LTO registrations, comprehensive insurance renewals, and emission tests. Act as the primary handler for accident investigations, police reports, and insurance claims.
- Cost Optimization & Analytics: Audit and manage corporate fuel card programs, RFID accounts (EasyTrip/Autosweep), and repair expenses. Deliver monthly data-driven reports on fuel efficiency and TCO to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Corporate Fleet Management, Transport Administration, or Vehicle Operations, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven experience managing a fleet of 80 or more vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, and MPVs.
