Depot Manager


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the depot.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure availability and prevent overstock.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with Sales Coordinator.
  • Train, motivate, and guide the Sales Coordinator and Merchandiser.
  • Allocate tasks to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
  • Monitor and improve customer service quality.
  • Develop procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and organizational standards.
  • Monitor sales performance and operational costs.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve profitability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in depot operations, warehouse management, retail operations, distribution, logistics, or sales operations.
  • At least 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience managing warehouse, inventory, or sales support personnel.
