Business Development Associate

Responsibilities: 

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers.
  • Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
  • Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
  • Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Meet with potential clients and conduct product presentations.
  • Opening and maintaining new accounts.

Qualification:

  • A degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
  • Strong interpersonal and communicational skills (both verbal and written)
  • Critical and creative thinking skills, analytical and organized and has a strong leadership skills
  • Ability to travel when necessary to meet with customers and/or stakeholders and build business relationships
