MAGNA PRIME CHEMICAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC., manufacturer of Buildrite Construction Chemical solutions and Sinclair The New Generation Paints, officially kicked off its QC and QA Process Review & Improvement Program as part of its continuing commitment to operational excellence and product quality enhancement. Led by Mr. Derrick A. Tan, President & CEO, the initiative aims to evaluate existing Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) processes, identify non-value-added activities, analyze root causes of quality issues, and develop more efficient systems that will strengthen quality performance while optimizing operational resources.
The program is being undertaken in partnership with Henry O. Palaca, PIE, MTM, President of Quality Plus Management Consulting Co. (QPlus), and Hasmin A. Co, QPlus Senior Management Consultant, who will provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the review process. In addition to process improvement, the project will include a comprehensive manpower analysis and rightsizing study to determine the most effective QC and QA organizational structure. Through this initiative, Magna Prime reaffirms its dedication to continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and the delivery of high-quality products that meet the evolving needs of the construction and coatings industry.
