Magna Prime Chemical Technologies, Inc. proudly announces the successful completion of the TESDA Trainer’s Methodology Level 1 (TM I) program—an essential requirement in its ongoing application to become an accredited TESDA Training Center.

Five of Magna Prime’s highly skilled professionals—John Carlo T. Valenzuela, Cedrick R. Candelaria, Lea A. Dalimpapas, Jayson B. Gonzales, and Mark Glen C. Tactac—have completed the TM I training, equipping them with key competencies in curriculum design, training delivery, assessment methods, and learner facilitation. This milestone reinforces the company’s commitment to developing TESDA-aligned, industry-relevant programs for Filipino learners, applicators, and construction professionals.

“This accomplishment marks a major step in our journey toward establishing our own TESDA-accredited Training Center,” said Lea Dalimpapas, Buildrite Academy Administrative Officer. “Completing TM I ensures that our future programs are led by certified trainers who meet national standards for quality instruction and competency assessment.”

TESDA mandates TM I certification for institutions seeking accreditation to ensure that training is delivered by qualified professionals capable of providing effective, competency-based education.

Magna Prime Chemical Technologies, Inc. remains steadfast in its mission to elevate training excellence and support the continuous growth of skilled Filipino workers across the construction and manufacturing sectors.
